Arrest made in Boston?

Fox News is reporting that an arrest has been made. Other networks reported an arrest imminent a couple of hours ago.

Apparently Lord and Taylor's security camera showed the bomb being placed. Good work by all involved.

Fox News on line is now reporting that the police have a suspect but no arrest has been made.

Until there's a press conference, everything is 2nd hand rumor.

It is possible that someone is being questioned and there is a judgment to be made about how to prosecute: criminal or terrorist tribunal. It is all just speculation, of course.
