These teams are a notch below. If you can stop boozer you stop Duke. I wonder if we played if throwing Tarris on him at all would help smother him.

Arkansas ran zero semblance of an offense the last 5 minutes of the game. Acuff attempted hero ball it did not go well. I’d say it was awful coaching but that would imply there was coaching involved.

Boozer is something else. When i think about teams that most likely won their championships because they had one player , I think of UConn with Kemba and Kentucky with Anthony Davis. Duke and Boozer might end up being another one. Dude is unreal

Wow, I agree that Duke looked a notch below … the NBA. Boozer drove in and got to the hoop with strength and control, and I wondered who on UConn would stop that without fouling? Stewart on his A+ day maybe could slow it down?

He is not better the Flagg IMO and what happened last year with that situation. Coaching matters and Scheyerless as usual has more talent than almost every program.

He is going to need to figure out how to find a championship sooner than later if he is going to keep his job.

Agreed I cannot watch a whole game for that reason. Even my 12 year old son could see it whenever we switched from football to watch that game.

I think they ended up with 12 total team fouls in an up and down physical game. It's just so interesting watching officials let teams play. I want to see that today, not a foul fest where there are 7 teams fouls called on each team 5 minutes into the half. There were several "fouls" the officials let go last night. Not sure why it seems UConn gets the foul brigade officials in a lot of these games. Not saying UConn doesn't foul, but all teams foul. It's how the game is called. Let them play!

I understand that thought but Michigan also barely beat Wake Forest and TCU . I know that the argument against that point would be that Michigan has worked out the kinks and is rounding into form. Time will tell, It's just my opinion that Boozer is that good. I also think he's better than Cooper. Time will tell on that also

A game like this, I have to go with my gut and not my brain. When I saw the final score, I guess I was happy. Turns out I despise Squid worse than I hate Duke. And I was at that FB game, it was great seeing all the weepy Dukies. They were all so full of joy and swagger pregame.
