That is the question. In addition to lacking any kind of shot she has very poor free-throw shooting.
She tends to play out of control. As we saw against Utah she had two missed layups and sometimes her effort to make the pass results in a turnover.
I think CTT can help slow her game down a bit, the question you raise - is it possible for her to develop any kind of shot. The jury's out on that one.
It is incumbent upon Taya Hanson to become more consistent with her shot. I also think Sara Bejedi may be the bogey next year. I remember very early in the year she scored in double figures in limited minutes and showed him really nice outside shot. However given her spot in the rotation she never developed enough time to show whether or not she can consistently hit the outside shot.
I'm still smarting from that loss yesterday. This weekend I suspect we split with Cal and Stanford it home. then we may turn around and face Cal again in the first round of the PACp tournament. Wondering how the seeding shakes out - it sure would be great if we got another shot at Arizona in the quarters.
