Ariz. v. Stamford last night

This was a super contest with AZ staying unbeaten by a basketpoint. Despite Stanford leading most of second half without scoring a basket in final 10 minutes, this game was undecided until 7 seconds remaining. A Stamford win could have done wonders for our OOC numbers! Arizona can be had with super D; Stanford just needed a bit more offense.

Nope, neither. It was late when written although not posted, and I must have defaulted to Stamford, my neighboring town.

Watch the last ten minutes and it was painful offensively. Ariz. out scored Stanford 10-4 with S getting only one basket and two ft.'s. Stanford had a ton of shots blocked and their guards were terrible. There was good defense but both teams have trouble scoring. Ariz. will get into trouble in close games because they shoot ft. poorly. This will be the reason why they will be upset prior to the final four.
