I guess it is good thing he is acknowledging us by name. For a while he seemed to go out of his way not to. I chose to take that as a sign that he felt we weren't going be around for long, so maybe it's not a good thing after all.

12-13 everyone was still in the Big East for its last year. We won the next year in 2014 which was the AAC's inaugural year

So the American's only championships have come through UConn.

yes UConn has 3 of the 4 championships since the American was founded. But the American did have the defending national champs in each of its first two seasons.
