Aren't people outraged there is no livestream tonight?

Am I crazy? we have like 20 marketing/communications people on staff, and we can't run a fiber line/set up a laptop/video device to stream the event on their YouTube Channel?

We literally have someone who's title is "Director of Fan Engagement" in the marketing department, and no livestream for people who live out of state?

I know we've always had horrendous marketing operations, but I feel like there should be anger about this.

Thought ESPN wasn't streaming any midnight madness specials but they are doing two tonight: Harvard and Mercer. No idea why UConn isn't involved.

My whole thing is. OK, even if ESPN isn't party of the plan, livestream it on YouTube. Promote the hell out of it... seems antithetical to our goals of expanding audience and selling tickets/excitement, etc.

This is what I assumed, if they don't expect it to be a packed house, providing it on youtube doesn't make that much sense. I think they want to be able to pack the house, and making it a "come in or miss it" type event would lead them to get more asses in the seats. If only they could provide it to those who live outside CT, like a game blackout situation, that would be good
