As far as I know, yes. Cuse has been on him forever. Not sure on the Cuse coaches but the fans think he's theirs and has been for a few years.

I know as recently as a month ago we were in his top five at the time. For a while people have said that he is Syracuses to lose, and personally I believe that as well. If they lose him to anyone it's bad for them.
