Wow! Has a team ranked No. 2 in The AP poll ever been denied a No. 1 seed? Does this make it more likely that Baylor will get a No. 1 seed or does the committee ignore polling?

I give the AP poll more credence than I do the coaches poll

I was disappointed that NC State didn't get more credit in the poll for beating a higher-ranked Duke team and giving Louisville a tough time in the ACCT. Duke still ranked ahead of the Wolfpack Women.

I don't think it has any effect. It seems it is down to Baylor and ND for the final #1. It would also be pretty remarkable to see the RPI #1 team not get a #1 seed.

Baylor's best RPI win is #11 Texas. ND beat RPI #8 Florida State for the 2nd time this season in the ACC Semifinal. If ND doesn't get a #1 seed, you are essentially punishing them for being in the same conference as Louisville and for scheduling UConn.

Rebecca Lobo ranked the PAC12: Oregon #5, UCLA #9, Oregon State #10. But she has Stanford at #19! I guess Rebecca doesn't put all her eggs in the RPI basket.
