I have a problem with this statement: The 29-point victory was the biggest margin of victory in women's Final Four history, surpassing the 28-point win by Tennessee over Arkansas in 1998. Uconn owns the largest margin of victor in women's Final Four history at 33, in the 93-60 slaughter of Louisville in the 2013 NC game. This now becomes the second highest.
If you want to same this is the largest victory in a semi-final game in the women's tournament, I am fine with that. It is accurate. But the FF includes three games, just like a regional includes three games.
And seeing as we use the qualifier in most things you really do have to use it and identify this record as a 'women's record' because in that other less competitive tournament the men's record now stands at 44 points in a semi-final, and in final four history for the men's tournament.
