Nothing like a bunch of refs in ticky-tack mode to sap some of the excitement out of a game. Please, let's not see this crew of "professionals" for the rest of the tournament.

Refs are taking over the game... all kinds of contact early but now touch fouls and total fabrications. Earlier two players wrestled over a ball for several seconds with vigorous contact and there was no tie-up and no foul called, now it seems like if two players touch the ball simultaneously its a jump. How do you play in a game like this?

Fouls being called every time down the court. Every time. Refs anticipating calls.

This officiating is horrendous. And its very slanted in favor of SC. Little ticky tack calls that were ignored in first half now are being called every possession on FSU. On other end it takes a mugging to get a call.

No 'T' on Staley. Refs have no credibility. She throws paper on the court and steps between the lines screaming. No biggie.

I cant help to realize Romero and Salavadores have similar step back moves. Spain must be teaching their guards that. Nice move!

67-67 Romero doesn't touch the ball. USC point guard looks at Staley and gets a perfect playcall for Mitchell. Players have to understand who needs the ball in late situations.

Refs can't be respected. Staley acting crazy. No call. Sessions screaming and demonstrative when she disagrees with call. Nothing.

Refs have no control (minus calling ticky tack fouls).
