All North American tournament with a country from the middle east in the mix. What did I miss?

Pretty sure my son's U15 team just played them at an EDP showcase this weekend. They seemed a lot older, but they sponsored, so it's okay.

Looks like some good weather coming up for an international soccer tournament!

Copa America usually has visiting teams as well. Qatar was originally scheduled this year along with Australia. The US has played several times.
 
I actually think it’s a good thing. I’m not really complaining.
 
Qatar was going to be in the Copa America but due to covid they were not invited. Qatar hosts the world cup so that means they don't have to go through qualifying which means they would play 0 competitive games in 2 years. These types of tournaments will get them ready for the World cup.
