Had to start a new thread, I was growing tired of logging into the BY for the last day and a half and seeing Gunner Kiel as the most recent post.

Anyone missing HFD about now?

I'm with you. Definitely wouldn't mind a HFD recruiting update right about now. HFD where are you?!?!?

I don't know how much more I can stare at the CR board hoping for news that we are out of this new conference.

Thanks for the legwork, Medic!

Only bad part is I visit UconnReport frequently as well so those links aren't really "news" for me personally. You do an excellent job with your recruiting info and I sincerely thank you for that. It just seems like there's been a huge drop off in the "juice" and excitement of the recruiting process since HFD got locked up for killing that hooker in Brazil.

I could go on but personally I find this stage of the recruiting process a little boring. A ton of offers go out, you don't know where you stand.

It goes beyond recruiting and has nothing to do with HFD. There is just no juice or buzz around the program right now. The realignment crap and P and his back to back 5 win seasons have sucked the life and any excitement out of here.

I consider myself a die hard, have season tix, and try to make a road game every year. I'm thinking about skipping the Spring Game. I thought last year was bad with lack of buzz.....it is 10 times worse this year.

The arrival of Weist and 3 exciting QB's along with Casey pushing CW provides some excitement for me. Can't get too excited until I see that O-Line blowing open some holes though. Still looking for a reason to believe 2 years of poor line play and a deteriorating running game will be turned around. Conference situation doesn't help but I'm of the mind it's temporary.

It's a slow time but a shot of Dan in this forum would be appreciated so it doesn't turn into the ND Retread Watch.
