Last I heard was a Borges tweet saying that we may try to schedule one on the 27th--presumably St. Johns.
St. John's is the team available for the 23rd, but that same tweet as you noted inferred they plan to play the 27th, which leaves the ability to play almost any team in the conference but SJU, SHU, PC, Nova make the most sense given proximity.
Not sure this is an accurate statement but honestly who knows. No one knows what’s happening behind the scenes and what intentions are. Can’t knock fans for speculating and wanting to see the guys play though. Can we please lock this along with any other thread suggesting UConn should schedule games on the fly or asking why UConn isn't doing short notice games?
For the hundredth time, UConn is not actively trying to do this. The school's and state's position is to not do this and Hurley wants practice time instead of playing games.
Not sure what you are talking about, Hurley had said before that the 27th was possible for a game. Can we please lock this along with any other thread suggesting UConn should schedule games on the fly or asking why UConn isn't doing short notice games?
