I know it’s too late now, but next time you can access the river 105.9 on the iHeart app. Type in “the river 105.9” in the search area. It will come up and will play. I tried it a moment ago.

I tried it on my cellphone, not a computer. Make sure you don’t have any content or Ad blockers on.
