In our 6 games we’ve had: 16, 17, 17, 20, 25, 22 assists. So 3 games in a row now with over 20.

Making the uncontested threes is the primary reason.

We haven’t had a good perimeter shooting team since Bazz Boatright and Neils.

It’s a pleasure watching a complete team.
Sanogo and Clingan force opposing teams to double in the post and when that happens we are able to take advantage of that on the perimeter.

Oregon watched tape of how Karaban would go to the middle of a zone in our previous games and shred them so they collapsed their zone taking that option away. But we do have a legitimate four out, one in team.

We are a difficult team for opposing defenses to guard.

I wonder what our averages were the last few years, either way I much prefer watching some passing vs Gaffney dribbling it behind the arc for 20 seconds.

Coached well but having skilled, experience guards like Newton, Alley, Joey as well as some perimeter shooters that get people open is so big. Hope we shoot as good again tonight but if we don't let's see the next adjustment in this teams experience.
