After defying the odds and winning as a frosh last year, I couldn't pull the same magic this year. This gets me pissed off like nothing else; I'm one of the biggest and most knowledgable fans on campus (in large part thanks to you guys here), yet now I have to pay some student who doesn't know the difference between Omar Calhoun and Jim Calhoun quadruple face value for some tickets. Why do we still have this archaic practice in place??????

If you get tickets, you should be able to keep them for the rest of your time at UConn. They had the lottery my first 3 years on campus. I never won and went to maybe 3 games a season. The made it first come first serve for the 98-99 championship year, and we had a big party camped out all night in the breezeway, where they had the ticket window. It was great.

This got me so pissed off in my time at UCONN. I graduated in 2010 and I only won in my soph year. Every other year I had to buy tickets for twice the price from kids who didn't even know who AJ Price was.

Got them for 150. Dude was actually really chill and said he picked me over like 3 dozen people.

Currently a senior, been to every single home game in college, attended sweet sixteen, elite eight, final four - Didn't win tickets. That's just how it works at UConn. Hopefully people on Buy or Sell understand that if they don't sell me a Gampel set for a reasonable price, chants won't exist this season.

Just make sure there's no strings attached to them. And if you do find out strings are attached and you follow through on them, please don't share the details with us.

If you wait it out, you can get them for a reasonable price.
