"They (UNC) have suffered enough with this investigation being so drawn out and the NCAA needs to move on." (paraphrased from the 6PM news on Raleigh TV).

This reported after UNC filed another response today to the NCAA allegations... UNC expects a response from the NCAA so they say...

It's a good argument....we have suffered enough.:)

Our good reputations have been sullied.

If the NCAA let's them get away with this crap, their existence is meaningless.

It's been three full years now since the allegations were reported to the NCAA based on Rashad McCants interview with ESPN.
Rashad McCants played on UNC national championship team in '04-'05-12 years ago.
Perhaps the NCAA is waiting until Rashad McCants and the other NON-CLASS ATTENDING STUDENTS are eligible for Social Security.

I think the NCAA is waiting until all possible witnesses are dead. Then they can say they are unable to pursue the matter since no live witnesses exist.

At that point they will award UNC damages for pain and suffering.
