Why, oh why did Desiree Fontaine have to mess up her career? She and Sonia Baghdady were absolutely delicious together on that midday show back in the day:

Shortly after Sonia B. arrived on the WTNH scene, she was the guest of the morning drive guys on WPLR, who were broadcasting on location from the beach in East Haven for some event. She arrived wearing some summer beach outfit that must have been VERY appealing because the PLR guys yelled "Whoa, BAGHDADY!!!" into the microphones in unison. She's been a local heartthrob ever since.
