I was really disappointed that this wasn't new Nike deal. If we leave Nike.....it will suck!

It's unlikely we'll leave Nike given the fact that we were just one of 13 schools that got custom shoes. UConn's brand is still strong and Nike probably doesn't want to lose that.

The other schools that have custom shoes: Alabama, Arizona, Duke, Kentucky, Michigan State, Ohio State, Oregon, Syracuse, Tennessee, Texas, Villanova, West Virginia.
