An idea for spring football that allows UConn to play

Not a great time to be out of a conference for football. But there's still hope if/when the sport gets moved to the spring

If a player is a guarantee for the NFL - like Trevor Lawrence - zero chance they play one more snap of college football if moved to Spring.

Why does it matter? If 100-300 kids stop playing, the games would still be played.

You know what? That’s fine. Most will be going to nfl combines and stuff anyway. You go with the team you have. Not the one you wish you had.

Exactly. Not like it is a real season anyway. Think of it as real comptition as advanced training to keep moving forward. Everyone will be in the same boat. Suspend the burning of redshirts.
