The only point I see brought up here (and I see brought up in every thread about the positives of this move) that I'm unsure of is that we are getting our tier 3 rights back. It said in the agreement that the Big East would retain all rights unless a different agreement was negotiated by the conference and individual programs. Have we seen anything that indicates that we have negotiated to retain our tier 3 rights?

Either way, I'm sure we talked to FOX and made sure that they will sell games to SNY to keep our New York presence, even if we don't directly profit off of the sale of those games. But it would be nice to get that extra few million dollars a year.
