Terry Rozier, the freshman starting guard for Louisville scored 5 points off of 1-7 shooting.

The difference? Even though being 6 ft 1, he had 7 rebounds and had more rebounds than any player on UConn.

Boat played his balls off. His jumper was off and he had a couple dumb turnovers, but he played very, very hard. Have no issues with him. DD just got taken out of the game mentally and then just floated.

Boat I think played solid yes some bad mistakes but he was the only one attacking. Daniels was no where to be found in the second half and they didn't get him the ball in the middle

Boatright played his ass off in the 2nd half. His activity was awesome on both ends. You never have to worry about effort with him. Heart of a lion.

Boat was good but we need him on the 3 point shot too, that has to be improved this summer.

I think with Boat it's all about shot selection. When he uses his quickness to get all the way to the rim, we usually see good results. He was doing that very well towards the end. He gets in trouble when he tries little floaters that just won't play at this level. He has shown maturation with shot selection but it's still an issue. As with DD, one more year will do him a world of good.

Daniels hasn't been consistent but hopefully is leaving his best for down the stretch. Boat gets a total pass tonight but played hard. I loved his effort in a tough situation.

Fair enough re: Boat's cousin. Didn't even think of that. But Chin is acting like my post was a personal attack against the kid and everything he's ever stood for. My god, Calhoun has been absolutely vilified by some people on this board, yet this post, a post essentially saying he wasn't shooting well and we need him, this is where he draws the line. I agree Boat played tough and and considering the circumstances, I think he put in an admirable effort.

daniels also sat the bench for an hour before playing again... boat also had his best friend murdered recently, he was the only one even attempting to penetrate the zone and got hammered a majority of the time. i just hope we play boat bazz kromah daniels and brimah for as long as possible for the rest of the season, bringing in giff omar and the rest when need be
