Amazon streaming is an afterthought. They have good content but nobody watches. There are lots of people trying to figure out why.

Amazon is incredibly bad at designing user interfaces. Worse, they're just lazy about it.

Amazon.com is a mess and the Prime apps on any platform are nearly unusable - they either cannot be bothered or just do not want to invest in native apps.

They're so far from being a player in live sports.
