In fairness here the Warriors' dominance is nowhere....nowhere...near UConn's. Not in terms of record nor in terms of point differentials.

Yeah but you couldn't prove it by last night...
NBA finals - 30 point blow-out with the starters on the bench for most of the 2nd half. It looked pretty dominating.

But can you imagine UConn being down in the semis three games to one? It's not really an apt comparison. Not that UConn needs to apologize for their dominance, but the situations are not comparable.

Writers' perspectives are not comparable either. Alysa was blatantly sarcastic. Dan's intent was serious (though few took him seriously).;)

The Warriors being down by two games in a conference finals is about the same as UConn being down at the half of a regional final. So yes, I can imagine it!

If the Warriors went 82-0 in the regular season, then 16-0 in the playoffs and not one of the 98 games was in doubt in the final 10 minutes, I think people would say they were bad for the competitive balance of the game, not "bad for the game" per se. The blame wouldn't (or shouldn't) be placed on them, but nonetheless it would not bode well for the NBA. The great part about hoops is the excitement of down to the buzzer finishes and the outcome being in doubt.
