The Defense has been an embarrassment
Especially with so many upper classmen and a defensivive genius coach

I feel like they tweaked these a bit but I'm too lazy to look up the old pictures. Maybe the black outline around the logo? They look good.

I'm with Serrano on this one. You are each allowed to care about the design and/or color of our uniforms, and more power to you, but I could care less. If we can see the numbers and the players' junk is cntained, that's all I care about.

Ha! We call that a "Nelson". There was a guy in our golf group in Philadelphia named Nelson who played horribly-- but was dressed like a PGA pro every Saturday. I actually started dressing better--and believe it or not--it didn't help me either.

I'd say the outline is navy. I think the old version has the navy outline too, but it's the lighting, like that whole dress controversy thing.

I asked Muncy (UConn's trademark, licensing and branding guy) on Twitter and he said that these weren't going to be sold. I think the more he hears from fans might help our shot on getting these up for sale. His handle is @uconntrademark. Hit him up.

You can see the uni in this pic way better than the other ones that were released a few months back... They look nice.. I have to admit... Now let's hope our team doesn't focus too much on the unis and focus on the task at hand on the football field.. We need 3 wins to even get considered for a bowl game... it starts Friday...

They were embarrassed by Cincy (again), so I'd expect them to come out with a lot more fire this weekend. Good enough to win? We'll see.
 
Obviously the clothes make the man. ECU will be so busy admiring our uniforms that we win 88-0.
