It is a panel of writers and broadcasters across the country 67 in total. My bet is two Seattle writers voted for Nneka as first team and Stewart as second team!
The top three certainly separated from everyone else.

My question - Why is the team named after our graduate Nurse? She hasn't really done anything special to have such an honor bestowed.

If NY wins she will probably be the MVP of tournament,for the 3rd time, which put together with her 4 time MOP of the NCAA tourney shows she truly is in a league all by herself!

I've watched most Liberty games this year and her performance was very uneven. Kinda like her game 3 performance followed up by last night. Second team seems appropriate to generous.

Right, and the other 2 unanimous players were not up and down all year as well? All three carried their teams and all three had games where they struggled. And Stewart carried her team to the best record in the regular season and the finals. Like the other two, she plays a complete game so when she struggles scoring, she still picks up assist, steals, blocks, and defends like a demon.
