It’s where you draw the line on Tiers. Does Duke belong with UCLA, Kentucky, UNC? I don’t think so.

But you could move Duke up. Or Duke, Indiana, and Kansas up.

I stick by Duke being the top of Tier 2. That 3-5 title group isn’t top tier but it’s surely differentiated from Tier 3.

You've arbitrarily drawn the line so Nova is included with Duke, Indiana, UConn, Kansas. Kick their butts down a tier, they don't belong.
