Sounds like the car was the root cause of his coma and yet the guy carries their water. I think he was one of the guys that rooted for the insurance company.

That’s cuteNot that SuperJohn needs me to white knight him, but a quick Google shows that he's not wrong.

Maybe we let this sidebar go before it causes the thread to get locked?
(And, yes, they are incredibly ugly inside and out, in my opinion.)
Exactly, no broken bones and no significant bodily injury. It looks like he's going to be fine after driving head on into a tree after taking out a fire hydrant in an incredibly fast vehicle, many people aren't so lucky when they get into this type of accident.Maybe try some basic research

USC recruit Alijah Arenas in induced coma after Los Angeles Cybertruck crash, per sources
Surveillance video shows the moments the teen crashed his Tesla Cybertruck into a tree and a fire hydrant.abc7.com
No broken bones, no significant head injury. Driving through a neighborhood. Trapped in the burning car banging for help. Pulled out and out in a coma for smoke inhalation.
Elon Musk doing shady stuff to get high safety ratings means nothing to me. We know they’ve been caught messing with odometers to get out of insurance/warranty claims.
NHTSA Vehicle safety ratings are "cute"? lol Okay then. That’s cute
And yet:

Cybertruck crash report says witness could not open door to save victims
Three college students were killed in the November collision in Piedmont.oaklandside.org
So your assumption that it was a kid driving a car recklessly that he couldn’t control is likely baseless. And you’re missing the forest for the trees in that, despite the minor nature of the collision itself, the car bust into flames (a concern that has been coming up regarding cyber trucks) and he couldn’t get out (has been reported with other fatal accidents involving a cyber truck), resulting in the one thing that caused him to go to the hospital in critical condition.Exactly, no broken bones and no significant bodily injury. When did I say it had anything to do with batteries spontaneously exploding?NHTSA Vehicle safety ratings are "cute"? lol Okay then.
Did you actually read the article you posted? It had nothing to do with batteries catching fire. Kind of a weird take by you here.
Well, other than your post above where you just brought it up out of the blue as a red herring issue, you didn't. What you did say in post number 22 was that there was "widespread concern about Tesla cyber trucks catching fire." Then you posted a recall notice about something else. When did I say it had anything to do with batteries spontaneously exploding?
Yes, without knowing the cause my gut tells me he was speeding in a very fast vehicle he couldn't handle. That's not exactly going out on a limb, he's a teen driver and we were all teen drivers once upon a time. They're the most dangerous drivers on the roads. So your assumption that it was a kid driving a car recklessly that he couldn’t control is likely baseless. So it’s still, functionally, a death trap.
Glad you’re spending so much time on the BY that you read my post within 30 seconds of me posting it, before I could delete the link that actually was talking about panela breaking off to cause accidents. That is obviously not relevant here. So no flailing, just making sure I’m posting accurate information.Well, other than your post above where you just brought it up out of the blue as a red herring issue, you didn't. You really seem like you're flailing here.
Still makes you look no less silly assuming.Yes, without knowing the cause my gut tells me he was speeding in a very fast vehicle he couldn't handle. He hit a hydrant and then a tree. No injuries from the collision itself. He would have walked away had the car not caught fire and trapped him inside; that is by definition a minor collision. He didn’t get out; he was pulled out.It wasn't a fairly minor collision and he got out of the vehicle without any broken bones or any serious bodily injury based on reports and available video. You're not making any sense.
You're making less and less sense. Touch some grass.Still makes you look no less silly assuming.

Until next time tweetumstapping out
No, you're flailing. You posted a link that doesn't support your position. You misquoted your own position and then claimed you never said it. Now you're drifting into low-key personal attacks rather than staying on the original topic. That's pretty much the definition of flailing.Glad you’re spending so much time on the BY that you read my post within 30 seconds of me posting it, before I could delete the link that actually was talking about panela breaking off to cause accidents. I deleted it when I realized it didn’t support my position, which I think is a reasonable thing. How did I misquote my own position? No, you're flailing. You do you, superjohn.
What does this even mean?
I would never drive one. They're really ugly, I like gas vehicles, they're for people who want attention, and they're totally impractical but they're safe.
Too much money at a young age and driving way too fast in a vehicle he's not capable of handling would be my guess. I'm shocked we haven't already seen more of this is the NIL age.

Cybertruck Crushes Safety Tests With 5-Star Rating (Updated) | Carscoops
The Cybertruck earned a five-star safety rating from NHTSA, excelling in multiple testswww.carscoops.com

Thank you.Very impressive.
Without even knowing what it means, you're doing you flawlessly.
Keep it up!
I have it on good authority that Cybertrucks are supersafe. If he had just hit the tree the car would likely not caught fire. The gushing fire hydrant put a lot of water on those lithium batteries. We had hundreds of fires down here in Florida during the storm surge from Helene
Lol, I described it in detail above. Go back and read the posts if you're really curious.I deleted it when I realized it didn’t support my position, which I think is a reasonable thing. How did I misquote my own position?
Please feel however you want regarding “flailing” lol don’t really care about your semantics
So, do you think it misquoted the NHTSA ratings for the cyber truck? Just curious about your point. The google AI bs also said it’s ok to eat small rocks and you can glue toppings onto pizza to get them to stay
My point is you can’t trust the google AI to not misinterpret things and you need to cite a primary source. And that AI needs to be banned and destroyed. So, do you think it misquoted the NHTSA ratings for the cyber truck? Just curious about your point.
