"Alerts" on top toolbar

This is obviously not an urgent thing at all and maybe nothing. Whenever i log in, it will initially show for a quick second some arbitrary number of alerts, lets say 7. And then a second later will either show none or like 1 actual alert. I have no idea if this is just me or others see it as well. Obviously this isnt any major issue or anything but figured I'd flag it in case others had it.

Change to AO style if you are having the problem.
