Just a heads up that there will be a Student March at the Capitol tomorrow at 10:00 a.m., which is just a few blocks from the Times-Union Center. That means an extra 10000 plus people in the vicinity close to game time.

It’s 50/50 whether the only Starbucks in Downtown, on State Street, is open. (Psst ... the Hilton has a Starbucks kiosk inside). Yup. It’s not too populated. Visit Tanpopo Ramen, Wolff’s Biergarten and Stout a 10 minutes walk north on Broadway. English Premier League featured.

There are no concerts Saturday afternoon in downtown Albany, so we should be ok.

The BIG day to avoid in Downtown Albany are the two days a year New York State gives its Law Board Exam. You find young from all over the world, and large components of Greater NYC, looking for a Taxi or Gnocchi. 1000s straggling.
