Samson Johnson played the best ball of his UConn career in the second half. Played very well while Clingan rested. He has turned into a solid shot blocker.

This team is so damn good. Bama was impressive, they didn't wilt when others did. Each time we put it to them with a run they responded but it seems close to impossible to do it for 40 minutes against us. This is an all-time team in the history of the sport. Just one more to go.

• Alabama would have blown out Purdue or NC St tonight
• Sears had four blatant walks (and likely another four non-blatant) that were not called
• There were a number of moving screens that weren't called, and one would have nade the Bama football team proud
