UConn determined to give UAH as many 5 on 3's as possible tonight. Way too many penalties.

Thulin had no chance on the 3rd goal. Terrible penalty by Kirtland leading to 5 on 3.

Not a good period. Definitely not playing as well as last night.

UConn power play still unimpressive.

Seems the only opportunities come with the Letunov, Thompson, Naas line on the ice.

Spencer Naas ties it at 3-3
..edit - website had goal as an error, now saying shot missed.

Naas goal waved off. Puck went over the line. Whistle must have been blown early.

.-.
5-2. Terrible giveaway on the power play leads to a shorthand goal.

Gave up another breakaway on power play but UAH did not convert.

Since 2013 this team is 10-61-5...and they are kicking our ass tonight.

This is a poor performance. Seems Cavanaugh as real issues with consistency and getting the team focused for every game especially after wins. My expectations will have to be readjusted I guess. Really thought we would be over these stinkers against less than great competition at this stage into this process. Not the case.

UConn's play in tonight's third period is a complete 180° from last night's third period.
