If the #1 seeds are Miss. St., Louisville, and N.D. , I would have to say N.D. They are clearly vulnerable. I look at 3 things in NCAA tourney :
Personnel, Coaching, Matchups !

Miss St - Louisville will be one semifinal pairing as they are the undeniable #2 & #3 seeds
UConn will get the other #1 seed (ND or Baylor)
