Between games of the doubleheader that was the last Norwich Sea Unicorn home date of the season, my wife and I were walking the concourse at Dodd Stadium, when my wife noticed Andy Baylock was up ahead ahead of us. I went up to him and asked him how his arm was doing, after throwing 450 pitches or so during batting practice, his regular estimate. He said, when you got a gift, you got to use it, and then said a number of other things about the gift, a bunch of which that I've seen in these articles on him over the last few years. Nice that he took the time to chat with us, very friendly as well. Nice that Dodd Stadium is one of his regular haunts during the baseball season.
