Ads repeatedly grabbing browser focus

I surf the Boneyard on a Chrome browser on my android phone.

The new video ads grab the browser's focus every time they restart, and center the ad on the screen (it's happened 4 times while writing this).

Needless to say, this is not acceptable. It makes the site unusable.

Any way you can help?

I could deal with the problem, maybe, if it happened once per page load, but it happens every thirty seconds. It's a Navy Federal Credit Union ad.
