Adobe flash player crashes

VERY frequently. I am using Windows 7 and firefox. I have updated the flash player several times, with no improvement. Our server gives us 1 gb download speed. I would appreciate any suggestions that might help solve the problem.

Firefox is something of a pain in the ass.

But that's a known issue.
