If Syracuse is afraid of UCONN in football, then it's really a sad state of affairs in upstate NY

Me too. It kills me that I'm never able to make it to Connecticut anymore. I'm 45 stinkin' minutes from Iowa City. I'm IN Iowa City at least once a week. And since I moved here, I've been excited for a homecoming game for Kiah here and it's not happening.

Okay, that felt overly dramatic. LOL.

As strong of a fan base that Bre has in CNY it would probably mean that Syr would feel like it was an away game on their home court. As one person stated when she played in the dome their were 4000 plus fans. Syracuse women really don't draw big crowds. If 4000 were in the dome when Bre plays probably 500 would be for SU and the rest would be rooting for UCONN. That could be demoralizing to a team.
