Many Boneyarders will recall that Shea tore her ACL at the end of the first half of the Big East Championship game against ND in 2001 and that neither she nor fellow All-American Sveta were available for the Final Four game against ND in St. Louis.
It would be truly sweet if her scouting report as a coach helps bring a championship home that injury denied her in her senior year.
