So Adamanator? Our man did everything tonight. He was feeling it. That dude wants to win and has got the tools to make it happen!
Link?If you want to lick up some tears that Adama created, go to the Butler board. I love the vitriol he's getting. I recall us giving that to some players in the past. Adama was a men among boys out there. Love his leadership by example. No foxx given!
The Butler fans I met at the airport after our win in the Natty game in Houston were very gracious and also complimentary. It appeared that Coach Motta was also complimentary to Coach Dan. Pretty classy, if you ask me.Everyone around me was salivating about Sanogo. Butler fans were very complementary towards us in general.
Completely agree. Seems like a good NIL opportunity “The Adamanator. I’ll be back!”Good thread title. Is this the first usage of that? If not, I don't remember seeing it.
"They did not" has the same cadence as "I'll be back."Completely agree. Seems like a good NIL opportunity “The Adamanator. I’ll be back!”
Just googled terminator quotes.. “hasta la vista, baby.” Gold!"They did not" has the same cadence as "I'll be back."
I completely missed that. Is there a video of it?At 10:15 second half, butler scored and the score is 43:37. Adama had this to say: “ they thought they had a chance to win, they didn’t”
Maybe those "skinny Legs" help him to move faster on the break and to navigate spots on the floor to quickly get off his very effective shot. That was fun! I couldn't watch the game live - but I recorded it. JoeyC has the skinniest legs I've seen, and I'm including my 40lb pre-schooler in that universe.
Always a great game thread when there's 0 talk about anything other than officiating
even though we got called for 6 more fouls and they shot 9 more free throws
My remark was in no way/shape/form a criticism - merely an observation, made in the same spirit as observing that he's a blond.Maybe those "skinny Legs" help him to move faster on the break and to navigate spots on the floor to quickly get off his very effective shot.
Greyhounds have skinny legs and they move pretty fast.
Even he has to shot fake to get it past Clingan.Gotta believe that goin' up against DC in practice everyday is giving AS some new tools in the tool box to use come gameday.. Can tell he has soccer in his background with his quick footwork
Did you really need to look that up?Just googled terminator quotes.. “hasta la vista, baby.” Gold!
And DC going up against him is really speeding up his development. Is there a better offensive post scorer in the country? The arsenal of moves and fakes he can throw is pretty impressive. Id love to see what a 1v1 looks like in practice.Gotta believe that goin' up against DC in practice everyday is giving AS some new tools in the tool box to use come gameday.. technology has made me so lazy… i need Waze to find my mailboxDid you really need to look that up?![]()
Gotta be aware of those speed traps!technology has made me so lazy… i need Waze to find my mailbox
It was the second team that won this ballgameLol@ Georgetown match up, I think we could legitimately field a 3rd team and still beat them by 30.
I had G'town season tickets during the M & M era. They were better defensively, one night they blocked 18? St John's shots. That said Sanogo and Clingan are better (and I think they move better) on the offensive side of the floor. And the G'town centers made 6 threes combined (all Mourning) for their careers.Wake me up before Sanogo...
Sanogo & Clingan vs Mourning, Motumbo & Ewing.
It’s been seen and it’s adamanation. Which to your point makes DC so much better guarding the most polished center in college in practice every day. Games are easier for DC because practices are that hard. And DC going up against him is really speeding up his development. Is there a better offensive post scorer in the country?
