We are the best geographic fit.  Good academic fit.   We have some advantages from a media market perspective.Great athletic fit except for.....football of course.  Which is what most people really care about.

We have to pray that ND needs a partner and we somehow move the needle enough for them to pull the trigger.

The good news - we don't have to freak out about AAC teams possibly leaving the conference for the B12 or anywhere else.  Whatever happens, happens.
