Abdou Toure | Notre Dame
Abdou Toure, a 6-foot-5 small forward ranked No. 29 in the class of 2026, made a major statement during Saturday's action. Traveling down from Connecticut with his Notre Dame squad, Toure outplayed his national ranking and emerged as the top overall standout of the day. He's clearly added muscle to his frame over the past year, and it showed as he got down hill, finished above the rim, knocked down shots and consistently created off the bounce. Offensively, he got to his spots at will, and defensively, he was disruptive by jumping passing lanes.

Hurley was there watching him this weekend.

Looks like they're playing 3 games this weekend and 3 games the next. I have a BallerTV account from my old team still so I'll give them a watch and gets some stats/notes.

This should be a good way to judge Abdou... with a team he's playing a real system on both ends, familiar with his teammates and coaches, and playing against some legit competition.

Brandon Bass Junior. Wow I am old.

And it seems that the NBA and college are literally just full of 2nd generation players! And Hollywood!

What happened to the meritocracy!!!!! :)

Good to know. I was wondering about that. The article said Kim English was courtside watching him but didn't mention Hurley. I guess PC has as good a chance as anyone.

Abdou's high school coach listed head coaches that were in attendance on his twitter... my mistake though. It wasn't "head coaches"... so we watched Abdou, just unclear which coach(es) from UConn were in the building.

Someone needs to buy a Hurley prerecorded message for Kim English to get in his head further.
