Curtis Malone, president of the powerful DC Assault program, was arrested Friday and charged with conspiracy to distribute heroin,the Washington City Paper reported on Monday afternoon. Drug Enforcement Agency agentssearched Malone's home as part of a year-long investigation and uncovered what's believed to be kilo of cocaine, 100 grams of suspectedheroin, a handgun, and unnamed items associated with heroin sales.



Generally speaking being arrested on federal heroin distribution charges is bad.
