We rank 10 players who have the potential for breakout seasons that could catapult their programs to conference championships and deep NCAA tournament runs.
If Aaliyah does not have a breakout year in the first half of this season, she may playing behind Ice. Ice already is a more diverse scorer. If she proves to be a rebounder and is good on defense, she might push Aaliyah for being a starter. If not Ice then maybe Amari will step up and realize her potential, A big step up for her but it could happen, Aaliyah has to step up. Not better than last season, better than when was a freshman since last season was worse than her freshman season.
