The place got very loud for each Temple score late. Either a lot of Ct fans adopted them or there were a lot of Temple fans sprinkled around the arena.

Friday night should be a decent turnout. Late wakeup tomorrow.

Tulsa and Houston about to tip.. I'm in Charlotte at the Hornets/Bulls game tonight but if someone could comment in here regarding the crowd/updates I'd appreciate it

Crowd: Would be uncomfortable if we all got in a phone booth.

Updates: It's halftime.

The interview with Lunardi essentially says SMU, Cincy and Temple are in and UCONN if we win the tournament which I think he thinks we have a legit shot.
Crowd is awful. I remember going to MSG for every game of the BE Tourney and while some games were half ful it was still an exciting event. XL in Hartford with 2 ft of snow ain't an event

Just look at the crowds in the other conference tournaments, and it's clear that AAC is a disaster. Don't think it has anything to do with Hartford or snow. No big programs. No natural rivalries. That said, I think better basketball is played than most think.

Temple beating SMU 17-11 with 9:15 left in the first. Can't decide who we want to win this game honestly

Larry Brown sure seems to think his team has an uphill climb. Temple is good.

24-18, Temple.

It honestly doesn't matter. Both are really good, Top 20 teams, IMO. Beat Tulsa first.

Which we won't, because they're going to pour their golden hurricane storm all over us all game! DOOOOOOMED!!!

SMU down by 2 at the half and Nic Moore only has 2 points.
They don't need him to be good with their front court. Once Bond went out with his 4th foul (16+ min. left), Temple's interior fell apart. It will be hard for them to stay in the game without Bond.

Could tell the game was turning mid-way through the first half. Moore's 3 there is just about the dagger (yes I know 7 points in 12 minutes isn't insurmountable, but the writing is on the wall).
