1994 - Donyell Marshall & Rebecca Lobo
1996 - Ray Allen & Jennifer Rizzotti
1998 - Richard Hamilton & Nykehsa Sales
1999 - Richard Hamilton & Svetlana Abrosimova
2002- Caron Butler & Sue Bird
2004 - Emeka Okafor & Diana Taurasi(the year they famously posed for the SI photo in December)
2009 - Hasheem Thabeet & Maya Moore(the year they famously posed for a similar SI photo)

The fete was also accomplished by Notre Dame's Troy Murphy & Ruth Riley in 2001.
Creighton's Doug McDemott & Marissa Janning just accomplished it in the revamped Big East.

Moi aussi. While Mr. Thabeet was a valuable cog and, hands down, the Defensive Player of the Year, he was not even the best player on that particular team; The 6 overtime game against Syracuse in the BET is a classic memory.

Thabeet was actually Co-Player of the Year with DeJuan Blair of Pittsburgh that year. Mostly because of Thabeet's rebounding & shot blocking prowess, rather than his offense.
