Hopefully SMU will be adding a good name to the AAC coaching lineup this time next month. My eye is on Musselman at Nevada. Lots of family in Dallas.

What concerns me are teams poaching the AAC coaches, especially with top programs potentially opening up soon. Not too worried about penny, Hurley or Sampson. But not as convinced Cronin and Marshall who we need to keep. Will also be nice to keep Dawkins, Dooley (who ecu needs) and jankovich (IMO, very underrated coach. Been playing with injuried teams and loss of scholarships but still does decent). The rest other teams can have :)

Hopefully there is a little more stability than football

Jank is well on his way out if they want to keep the fans happy. Yes, he's played short handed for 2 years but he has done nothing in terms of recruiting and scheduling to keep the momentum we once had. We have recruits coming in that have no other offers. He's handed walk-ons scholarships...yet complains we don't have enough scholarships. He said no to Liddel at Texas transferring in as well as Kaden Archie transferring from TCU. Both wanted to come to SMU. Both were 5 star recruits. It is a fast sinking ship and everyone knows it. Go to Ponyfans.com and start reading. Nobody is happy. The stadium is empty and we are losing to schools we've never heard of.

He won early on because he had Larry's recruits playing. 4 are now playing in the NBA and if Jarrey Foster gets drafted this year, that would be 5 guys he once had that are in the NBA. All were on the same roster. Throw in Nic Moore and it's no wonder Jank won 30+ games
