Which is insane to me, but they're gonna come up with insane amounts of cash for that guy apparently. He'll still be HC at Texas next season though. Look for Lincoln Riely to be head man at Houston in 2017.

Or, join Herman with a highly compensated DC-role in Austin, Baton, Rouge, etc. Previously, rumors suggested Orlando preferred being a DC to taking on the added figure-head and related responsibilities of a head coach.
