AAC Coaches anonymous opinions for 2018

"They’ve got a coach who obviously knows what to do to win there, they just have to get their development cycle back up and running. That takes years."

Agreed about it taking some time to get things back on track- but that is one major major advantage we have in Randy. When he inevitably finds success here- this won't be a stepping stone job for him (more than likely). I'm not sure you can say that about any other coach/school in this league besides Navy and Coach N and even then he's interviewed at places the last few years.

It didn't take Scott Frost years. He took and 0-12 team. Went 6-6 his first year and 12-0 his second.

Edsall threw away his first year (like Diaco). He needs to win game NOW.

Scott Frost and UCF are totally different. He has all of Florida to recruit, and some of their stars were on the roster when he got there despite their awful record. They had more talent than we did when RE arrived.

Scott Frost might be the next Urban Meyer. Randy Edsall is.. not

Scott Frost didn't have a Yankee conference level roster
