Syracuse had a miserable game on offense. They didn't score until almost 2:00 left in Q1 and trailed by as much as 17 in the first half.

I would love to know if a winning team has EVER shot as poorly as 21%. Eighty-one field goal attempts might well be close to a record as well. (Syracuse was 17-of-81 from the field, including 6-of-39 from three!) Those extra possessions were made possible by 26 offensive rebounds and 27 Virginia turnovers.
