Very good question. I would certainly place them ahead of Tenn, if they win tomorrow.

At this point of the season rankings really don't mean that much. We still have to play some pretty good teams starting tomorrow.

I like us ranked lower. It's better for the Forsh; gives them a chip on their shoulder.

After watching Baylor/ND I think Baylor is way ahead and ND is ahead of UCONN. Looks to me like Baylor has two first team all American candidates in Griner and Simms.

Don't forget Geno coached several invisible defects into Griner this summer which we will cash in on later.

A UConn win would for sure move them to #2. May happen anyway in the AP with timeline of voting. Would expect the UConn/Stanford winner to claim #2. Less obvious is if T A&M jumps to #3 or ND is given credit for their loss being to the #1 ranked. Of course a Baylor loss at UT this weekend puts UConn or Stanford to #1. Not at all important, but will be interesting to see who is held in what esteem and what home court advantage could very well mean for the rankings. I personally think every team of the "contenders" is likely to lose on the others home court.

If I recall correctly from the Geno show, the flaw inserted is a fondness for Geno's uncle's food. Just wave some mozzarella and fresh proscuitto from the sideline and the game is ours... :)

is this hopeful thinking? Doesn't make any sense he would sabotage a USA senior team player, no matter the outcome.

It is a special hidden flaw only Geno understands and knows. It was installed with the help of a hypnotist.
